Serivce was amazing! Welcoming from the moment we opened the door. We have a list of all the places we have tried biscuits and gravy and we make notes, 9/10 recommend. Daughter had the croissant breakfast sandwich, she is a foodie and she said *chefs kiss* Fiancé had the chicken fried steak, same response! Hand browns were perfect. The breakfast tostada Delicious! Bonus for us it's down the street from our home and we can walk.
A local breakfast spot that hits all the favorites very well. Great for groups and for picky eaters. The staff is great and it's filled with locals.
The food is excellent and the service is just as good! My coffee cup is always full the restaurant ambiance is very well great music is always playing just an over all excellent experience.
Came in for breakfast during the week. Looks like they have a few regulars and the wait staff knew them by first name. I ordered their weekday special which came with two eggs, choice of protein, choice of bread, and home style fries or hash browns. Sometimes I just have a hankering for the classics breakfast plate. Everyone tasted well and I had no complaints. My husband ordered the loco moco. He said it was ok no thrills. Service was great and felt well attended too! Their menu had a lot of other good looking things.
Great family run business and good food with excellent service. My coffee cup was never empty. Quick service and nice employees gives this restaurant a very pleasant place to eat,and a warm feeling of a family establishment.
I'm giving this place five stars. Is it Michelin level cuisine? No. However, it's as good a diner as anywhere. Solid omelet, Hawaiian specialties like loco moco, awesome burgers and fries. They have a variety of options for folks with a sweet tooth and I really like the French toast. Lita's is locally owned and the staff is very friendly...remembering most of their customers and what they like. They even brought me an iced tea upon entering. Love that. The place is clean and there is a cute outdoor area with a view of Big Lots and the crab place. Okay, so it's not a perfect view but this place is great for a party melt and milkshake ...when one is seriously hungover!.
No haven't made it yet , although I know Fillepe and have eaten his food before . So I know it's good . I went to school with the original Lita . She also had a place in roseland on west ave for years
